Marie Snodgrass

Injury Prevention Program Lead, Pediatric Trauma Program, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, University of Michigan




Ms. Snodgrass is the Injury Prevention Program Lead for the Pediatric Trauma Department at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Marie has been a Child Passenger Safety Technician since 2001 and has helped to educate children and caregivers on how to be the safest while riding in vehicles. She is also a Child Passenger Safety Instructor and works to train new technicians across the country. She holds a degree in Social Work and prior to coming to Mott, she worked 15 years as a Head Start Coordinator in Flint, Michigan. Ms. Snodgrass also contributed to the U-M Injury Prevention Center’s massive online course (MOOC), Child and Adolescent Injury Prevention on edX, in the Transportation Safety section on Infant/Child Passenger Safety.
