People of the Injury Prevention Center
Matthew Myers is a research analyst with the Injury Prevention Center. Aiding in data management and analytics, he has been involved in a number of Injury Prevention Center publications and projects. Matthew has worked with the CDC-funded U-M Injury Prevention Center since 2018.
Matthew has a particular interest in the epidemiology and health outcomes associated with substance use. He has a history evaluating policy effects on Opioid-associated morbidity and mortality, as well as looking at the societal costs associated with infant drug exposure and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.
