Biography
Dr. Shervin Assari, MD, MPH has training in medicine, public health, and health policy. His health services research centers around community mental health settings, spanning issues of suicide, violence, drug use, and other high-risk behaviors. He is particularly interested in health disparities due to race, gender, and class.
