Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Firearm Injury Prevention Research
Organization: The University of Michigan Institute for Firearm Injury Prevention

Qualifications: The University of Michigan Institute for Firearm Injury Prevention and the University of Michigan Youth Violence Prevention Center are recruiting for up to six outstanding early-career research investigators to undertake an intensive two-year post-doctoral program of mentored, applied research focusing on the nature and prevention of firearm injuries. Positions will be awarded on a competitive basis to individuals who have completed a doctoral degree program (M.D., Ph.D., D.Ph., or equivalent) and have demonstrated commitment and interest in firearm injury prevention research as a primary career focus.

Patient-Centered Pediatric Research Program (PC-PReP) Fellowship
Organization: The Research Institute, within Nationwide Children’s Hospital, in affiliation with the Ohio State University College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics
Location: Columbus, OH
Qualifications: Candidates must have obtained their doctoral degree by the start date (in Autumn, 2021). Emphasis is placed on research that includes children with medical complexities and from socially and economically disadvantaged groups.
