How to Use
Authorized stakeholders can use SOS to:
- Receive email alerts if suspected overdoses exceed a pre-determined threshold
- Look at county and select city-level summaries of year-to-date suspected overdose counts and rates
- Display time trends in suspected overdoses within a given county and select cities
- Examine approximate location trends in suspected overdoses within a county and select cities
- Assess demographic breakdowns of suspected overdose victims within a given county and time frame
- Analyze temporal and spatial trends, restricted to a user-selected demographic, time period, and county
- View demographics and place-based landmarks presented as data overlays on the interactive map
