This report was planned to compile existing baseline data regarding what is known about the use of cannabis and its impact on the health and well-being of Michigan citizens and communities. This initial baseline report provides insights into cannabis-related injury, social, and health indicators prior to 2018, before the recreational cannabis law was enacted.
